This Cabernet Sauvignon was traditionally fermented and then refined through a modern dealcoholization process that preserves the full taste, depth and bouquet of the wine – without the alcohol.
In the glass, the Nero displays a deep ruby red color, accompanied by aromas of ripe berries, cherries, and a hint of vanilla . On the palate, it impresses with a harmonious structure, soft tannins , and a pleasantly dry finish – perfect for connoisseurs who live consciously but don't want to forgo genuine wine enjoyment.
