The story
Grand Tour, from grape to glass
Every Vinuci starts as real wine in the Italian style — traditionally fermented, with character. Only then do we gently remove the alcohol, so aroma, structure and taste remain.

Not sweet grape juice — but finished wine from which we only remove the alcohol. In three steps.

Traditionally fermented vintage wine from South Tyrol — with fruit, tannin and structure.

Gentle vacuum distillation at low temperature. No boiling, no burning off freshness.
