Considerably less than classic wine. Because the alcohol is removed, the biggest source of calories falls away — depending on the variety, only about a third of the calories of a comparable wine remain. The exact nutritional values are printed on every label.

Our ambition is wine character, not sweetness. The taste comes from the grape and the gentle processing. The exact residual sweetness varies by variety and is stated on the label.

Yes — and that's exactly the point. Because we start with finished wine and remove only the alcohol, the tannin, complexity and character remain. This is not sweet grape juice in a wine glass, but real wine taste. The Falstaff jury confirmed it with 92 points.

Every variety has its moment: Allegro for the Aperitivo, Floreale for the Brunch, Deciso for the Pranzo, Nero for the Dopocena and Serio for the Cena. That way you'll find the right companion for every occasion.

Like its alcoholic relatives: Spumante and Rosé well chilled, the red wines at cool room temperature. The right glass makes the difference — the character unfolds just like with classic wine.
